  • Start off by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Getting the oven nice and hot will ensure the flatbreads are crispy when they come out.
  • Take your Trader Joe’s Whole Wheat Flatbreads and lay them out on a large baking sheet. If you like, you can line the baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
  • Using a spoon or spatula, carefully spread about 1/4 cup of the Zesty Artichoke Antipasto Spread on each flatbread. Make sure to cover it evenly. This will not only add flavor but also keep the toppings from sliding off.
  • Now, sprinkle a generous amount of the Trader Joe's Four-Cheese Blend over the artichoke spread. You want to cover the flatbread liberally, allowing for gooey, melted perfection.
  • Grab your sliced roasted red peppers and distribute them evenly across the flatbreads on top of the cheese. This will add sweetness and depth to the dish.
